His authentic varied skills have developed from 14 yeas old in his home village Alicante and Madrid.
After the first period, his career have began to attract gourmets internationally in several valued restaurants and hotels such as Martin Berasatequi San sebastian Spain which is well known as 3 Michelin stars, HYATT La Manga Spain and Hamburg Germany, Hilton Bath United Kingdom and Grand HYATT Tokyo etc.
Recently he has been in Ogasawaratei 1 Michelin star in Tokyo as their chef. Also he has played in Real Madrid as chef, his brilliant plates have served for Real Madrid's own restaurant.
